1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless context requires otherwise:

• "rptoto" — refers to the online gaming platform operating at https://rptoto.cam, including its website, services, games, and promotional programs.
• "Member" / "You" / "User" — any individual who has successfully registered an account with rptoto and whose account is in good standing.
• "Account" — the personal gaming account created by a Member upon successful registration on the rptoto platform.
• "Balance" — the aggregate of real-money funds and bonus credits held within a Member's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or incentive awarded to a Member by rptoto under a defined promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it or its derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals may be processed.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing the rptoto website, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the rptoto platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Services following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Account with rptoto, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. rptoto enforces a strict minimum age policy. Any Account found to belong to an individual under 21 will be immediately suspended and all associated funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
• You must be an individual natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or using the Account.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using rptoto's Services is lawful in your location.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or otherwise subject to a restriction that prohibits you from gambling.
• You must not have had a previous Account with rptoto that was terminated for breach of these Terms.

4 Account Registration

To access the Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.

4.1 Account Information

You must provide a valid email address, mobile telephone number, full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification (KTP), and date of birth. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one Account. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. rptoto employs technical measures to detect duplicate Account registrations. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, all Accounts may be suspended and any Balances forfeited.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You agree to notify rptoto immediately via [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. rptoto will not be liable for any losses arising from failure to safeguard your credentials.

4.4 Account Currency

All Accounts on rptoto are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No multi-currency conversion is offered. All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in Rupiah.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

rptoto is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant gaming environment. In line with international best practices, all Members are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal is processed.

5.1 Required Documents

The following documents may be requested during the KYC process:

• A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP).

5.3 Right to Request Additional Documents

rptoto reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including in connection with large withdrawal requests or where unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days may result in Account suspension.

6 Deposits

rptoto accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following verified payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

6.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account. rptoto does not charge a deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

6.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via e-wallets are typically credited within minutes. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation of receipt, which generally occurs within 5–30 minutes during business hours (WIB, UTC+7). Deposits made outside standard banking hours may be processed the following business day.

6.3 Deposit Ownership

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. rptoto does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed and may trigger an Account review.

6.4 Failed Deposits

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available to Members who have completed KYC verification and whose Accounts are in good standing. All withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's name.

7.1 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits vary by payment method and membership tier. VIP members enjoy higher withdrawal limits — contact support for your applicable limit.

7.2 Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 1–3 business hours during standard operating hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for processing at the start of the next operating window.

7.3 Wagering Requirement Compliance

Withdrawal of Bonus-derived funds is subject to the satisfaction of the applicable Wagering Requirement. Real-money deposits that have not been used to activate a Bonus are withdrawable at any time without wagering conditions, subject to KYC verification.

7.4 Withdrawal Verification

8 Bonuses & Promotions

rptoto offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus provisions set out in this clause.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only and may not be transferred between Accounts.
• Each promotional offer specifies its own minimum deposit, eligible games, wagering requirement multiplier, maximum bet while a bonus is active, and expiry period. These terms are published on the relevant promotional page.
• rptoto reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that Members who have already activated the offer under the original terms will not be disadvantaged retroactively.
• Bonuses claimed through fraudulent means, multi-accounting, or in breach of these Terms will be forfeited without compensation.

8.2 Welcome Bonus

8.3 Seasonal Promotions

8.4 Abuse of Bonuses

Where abuse is confirmed, rptoto may void associated Bonuses, cancel resulting winnings, and suspend or terminate the Member's Account.

9 Gameplay Rules

All games available on rptoto — including slots, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting wagering), bandar bola (football bookmaker markets), and sportsbook events — are subject to the individual rules published within each game or market interface.

9.1 Game Integrity

rptoto's casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing agencies. 9.2 Sportsbook Betting

9.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, rptoto reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the Member's Account. No compensation beyond the returned stake is payable in such circumstances.

9.4 Disconnection During Play

rptoto is not liable for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnections, mobile network interruptions, or device failures during active gameplay. It is the Member's responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection while using the platform.

10 Responsible Gaming

rptoto is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. The following measures form an integral part of the platform's operation:

• Age Verification: All Members must be 21 years of age or older. Age verification is conducted at registration and prior to first withdrawal.
• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Members may set maximum loss thresholds over defined periods. Once a loss limit is reached, further wagering is suspended for the remainder of the defined period.

11 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms, potentially resulting in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of Balance:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner that creates an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering strategy designed to exploit the platform or other Members.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Registering multiple Accounts or using another person's Account.
• Systematically exploiting bonuses or promotions in a manner inconsistent with good-faith participation.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the platform's software, security systems, or data.
• Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions or verification requirements.
• Providing false, misleading, or forged documentation during the KYC process.
• Using the platform in any manner that violates applicable law.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the rptoto platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of rptoto or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This license does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, commercial use, or creation of derivative works based on any rptoto content without express prior written consent.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rptoto's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rptoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services.
• Any conduct or content of third parties, including game studios and payment processors.
• Technical failures, system outages, or maintenance periods.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data as a result of your failure to maintain account security.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude rptoto's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

14 Account Termination

14.1 Termination by rptoto

rptoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failed KYC verification, or detection of prohibited activities. Where an Account is terminated for cause, any Balance attributable to fraudulent or prohibited conduct may be forfeited.

14.2 Voluntary Closure by Member

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of applicable Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method. Account closure requests are processed within 3 business days.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your license to use the platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination of these Terms indefinitely.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operators. rptoto operates under an international gaming license and is subject to the regulatory framework of its licensing jurisdiction.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through rptoto's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed independent arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory consumer rights as a resident of Indonesia to the extent those rights cannot be waived by contract.

16 Amendments to These Terms

rptoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email to the address registered on their Account, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the revised Terms take effect.

Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter Member rights, or updates to contact information) may be made without prior notice. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the rptoto platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure before the revision's effective date.
